Phoning Employers Mutual was a real pain and used to leave me seeing red afterwards.

Paying Employers Mutual was extremely difficult and the payment options were limited and archaic.

When I had finally had enough of Employers Mutual, I phoned around and out of all the insurers called, CGU stood out streets in front of the others due to the proactive attitude of the person I dealt with over the phone.

For this reason we changed to CGU for workers compensation insurance.

Staff at CGU workers compensation have since then confirmed this was a move for the better with their customer service and systems which leave Employers Mutual out of any future consideration for our companies.
